Audition for Opera for the Young’s 2026-2027 tour of Rusalka! Please see the Audition Brochure or reach out to info@ofty.org for more information. Audition live in Chicago, IL on March 14th or in Madison, WI on March 15th. Live auditions are encouraged, digital auditions are also accepted (due 3/13).

HOW TO SCHEDULE A LIVE AUDITION
- Submit your audition form (resume and headshot required, references and recordings encouraged)
- Prepare your audition repertoire (an aria in original language that demonstrates both sustained singing and coloratura AND an aria or art song in English (original language or translation)
- Prepare the dialogue, kid questions, and musical excerpt(s) from Rusalka for your role (above)
- We will contact you with an audition slot
HOW TO SUBMIT A DIGITAL AUDITION
- Prepare and record your audition repertoire (an aria in original language that demonstrates both sustained singing and coloratura AND an aria or art song in English (original language or translation)
- Prepare and record the dialogue, kid questions, and musical excerpt(s) from Rusalka for your role (above)
- Submit your audition form (recordings, resume, references and headshot) online at ofty.org/auditions BY FRIDAY, MARCH 13th.
