Edgerton Performing Arts Center performance on March 7, 2013 Copyright 2013 Opera for the Young

OFTY’s adaptation of Cinderella brings this classic fairy take alive for young children. Vivid characterizations for both professional and elementary school cast members draw young audiences into the story’s universal themes:

One has the power to transform one's life through inner strenght and that the rewards for being a good person can be great.

Children from the host school play the chorus of mice, horses and nobles, and the King and Queen; and the roles of Cinderella's two stepsisters are reserved for your most outgoing faculty members or local celebrities.
